First Aid Training Courses
We provide professional first aid training to a variety of industries across England, making training as convenient as possible by delivering courses at your workplace or arranging a suitable local venue.
Training is run by a former military medic with over a decade of frontline experience, giving you the skills and confidence to respond in an emergency.

Our Courses
We provide accredited training that is fully compliant with HSE and UK Resus Council guidelines to ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance across the UK. Most courses are available as wholly in-person or blended learning.
Emergency First Aid at Work
A fully compliant one-day course suitable where there is a requirement to act as an emergency first aider. Training covers essential life-saving skills including CPR, AED use, unconscious casualties, choking, bleeding and more.
Valid for 3 years upon completion.
£100 per person - group quotes and on-site training available
First Aid at Work (FAW)
A comprehensive three-day course providing a full first aider qualification for most workplace environments. Training is fully compliant with HSE and UK Resus Council Guidelines. Blended learning is available to reduce classroom time needed.

£225 per person - group quotes and on-site training available
Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR & AED (Defib)
Focused training on CPR and the safe, effective use of AED devices, suitable for beginners with no experience who want to learn life-saving skills. Training meets healthcare professionals mandatory annual CPR requirement and carries CPD credits.
Valid for 1 year upon completion.
£75 per person - group quotes and on-site training available
Paediatric First Aid Training
In-depth first aid training specifically for babies and children, meeting all Ofsted and Early Years requirements. Blended learning is available to reduce classroom time from 2 days to 1 day.
Valid for 3 years upon completion.

First Aid at Work Requalification
A two-day refresher for current certificate holders to renew their FAW skills and extend validity for 3 years. Only available up to 28 days after current FAW expiry (at completion date). Blended learning is available to reduce classroom time.
